Johnny's already done that heat absorption bit back in I believe back in FF #105 or 106, Vol. I. He did it in a situation where he had to freeze the Thing during one of Reed Richard's experiments in...
It was actually very good but I guess everyone's entitled to their own opinion.
I wish he would do another run on the FF buy that's just the fan in me.
Well, actually the Squadron Supreme was a cheap knockoff of the JL. Justice League was out first. Just saying.
Roger that. I've actually enjoyed the run myself. Although, I do want to see more major things for Sue to do. Otherwise, it's been pretty good.
He's more of an FF type guy but I've been saying that for the longest. IMHO.
Agree, Frontier. The FF is more of a family thing but nevertheless no less significant than his being in the Avengers.
Why does a lot of people just think he should be with the Avengers? He's been more recently portrayed as an extended FF family member. He's always been like comic relief in the Avengers. Just...
'"Cardboard Box Filled with Bulls***. LOL. Extremely.
Again, see Spidey's relationship with the FF. He's taken more serious there.
So you're saying the JLA has a smaller cast? Really? Have you seen them lately?
Don't forget that Spidey is most closest with the FF. He's practically a member of their extended family. He's best friends' with Johnny Storm and Franklin Richard's looks up to him. He can be just...
I'm pretty sure John Byrne's writing/penciling debut on Fantastic Four #232 was pretty big too. There was a lot of excitement surrounding it.
This is a, pardon the pun, fantastic idea!!!
Amen to that, Crimz!!
Yeah. The Avengers are Marvel's version of the Justice League. Just saying.
Whatever. Doom is still the top dog.
I disagree. Right now, the Avengers are Marvel's cash cow mostly because of the movies. More notoriety in the last 10 to 12 years than the FF. But the FF are still more beloved than the Avengers....
Again, it's the FF. They're more revered and respected throughout the entire MU than most.
I agree. Just because they're not wearing a "4" on their costume doesn't mean they're not members. It's all about the idea of the Fantastic Four family and members. "Nuff said"!
Well, thanks to the MCU, the Avengers became much popular than the FF. Hopefully, when the new FF movie is made, it'll put them on a similar pedal. Maybe not the same but something close to it.
Remember, it was within the pages of the FF that the Kree, Skrulls, Galactus, were first introduced. Plus, Doom. The FF has some of the greatest villains in the MU as well.
