He has already fought ultimate venom Ultimate comics: Spider-Man #19-22. Pichelli's Venom is really well drawn. That was in my opinion also the last good Miles story.

Osborn killed him in "Death of Spider-man". furthermore ult. Doc Ock knew Peter's identity all along, he even called him "Mr. Parker" during fights.

Oh dear, don't compare the first 40 issues of Ultimate Spider-Man (PP) and the Miles issues so far. That comparison is not faverable to Miles.

Hopefully Bendis doesn't decompress this title as much as he did MM: USM. It really hurt the book.
