Do you know how the printing of Underwater Welder compares to the softcover?
I ask, because I was very unimpressed of the hardcover printing of March Book 1, compared to the softcover printing.

Not sure if this was posted anywhere else yet (have been away for some time over here), but seeing as this book has been discussed here and elsewhere before, I thought I'd post it, despite not being...
Real nice collection there Krylox!! Love to see those videos too. Quite some interesting tips!
Still need to read The Cloud, but I did read Helena vol. 1 & 2 and I really enjoyed them. Basically it's about Simon who is head over heels in love with Helena, ever since high school. But she is one...
Really nice collection there pud! Love those bonus last pics with the transformers. They look awesome!
Lol.. I guess exaggeration is my middle name now haha... thanks for the update though and can't wait for that 4th HC!!
It's really good!!
Not sure what's going on with the series though. I believe issue #50 is still not released, where issue #49 came out more than a year ago!!
Got the Gullivera book too... And quite a few other ones as well over the past couple of weeks:

I spotted a CAAAAAAT!!! Is that a Birman?
Great vid too, I'll keep my amazon.de pre-order now and will sell my hardcovers.

Time time time... I loved to write reviews for it and I still do, I just hardly have the time. I love to read comics and even that is sometimes a challenge. Maybe someday we'll continue, who knows :)
I know I should too. Only hardcovers available in Dutch though is a 180€ box set :/ I got the first paperback a few years ago and totally loved that though!
Also went to the Haarlem comics festival. Nice haul, but all books in Dutch... But of course Trashed was originally in English, and A Song Called City you can read for free in English online at...
The Massive: Library Edition vol. 1 (16 issues) - Truly loved every single page of this post apocalyptic world Brian Wood created here. Wood creates quite the mystery here, because why is the Kapital...

Nice purchases there pud. I finished The Massive the other day and loved every single page of it. Can't wait for the next volume.
Well that's funny then... I have a first printing too and it has the Image logo at the bottom. Luckily I'm not too bothered by it though :)
You probably have a 2nd print then?
Yes definitely, but they're unfortunately Top Shelf webshop only exclusive. So wait until they have their annual sale, since having them shipped across the pond is ridiculously pricey!
If there's a hc box set to be published with the same print quality as the first volume, I'd say go for that. I was disappointed by the OHC, that was printed too dark, resulting in loss of details.

I'd expect people buy them, since they expect the books to be easier to read than a bulky omnibus or absolute. If the binding's as stiff as a dead person though, I guess people will reconsider. I...
Where the previous (current) one looks too designed, this one looks old and tired. But whatever I guess, we'll still buy their damn books if the content is good.
That is indeed correct. However the print run was reduced to 500 copies and the price lowered from 120$ to 80$. The slipcases are also well produced for vol. 2 en 3 and both contain signed and...
You guessed right. Us Dutch speakers are taking over the boards mwhuahaha... (before we take over the world in our masterplan but shhhhh)
It's indeed a Sixth Gun Gunslinger Edition, and vol. 1...
