I didn't do a scene for scene comparison (what's the point?), but overall I did not like the Whedon version and liked the Snyder Cut. So on a grand scale, it was a big improvement.

I'd say most of us saw the theatrical version, so we knew the story. It was the changes in how Snyder told it and the extra scenes that improved it.

I think the warehouse fight in BvS, where Batman saves Martha is the best fight scene in any movie with Batman. It combines physical prowess with gadgets to to show Batman as an unstoppable force.

This is interesting, the original has more contrast in colors. But it looks like they made it darker, especially the background, so that it would contrast with the drop out lettering more.

Changed my mind. Love this cover that uses the complimentary colors of red and green without looking like Christmas.
