While I don't disagree with what people are saying about Galactus or how he's traditionally been dealt with as a threat, I think a one-and-done Galactus story would seem too much like a second swing...

I would think that a cosmic threat that has a "herald" kind of demands they be built up to.

Not sure why you'd expect more Chubbs other than a cameo in Happy Gilmore 2, unless you're hoping it takes place in the afterlife. Not to mention they already did that bit in the first one.
