Yeah, they were separated the whole time. If you read the Strikeforce issue there are a few pleases where they hint that it’s just the symbiote, especially when he gets stepped on by the frost giant.

My understanding is that DC releases the solicits when they do because someone at the company consistently leaks them to Bleeding Cool. That isn’t the case at Marvel.
