Johns also said somewhere else that it's in continuity if the fans want it to be, if I recall correctly. The suit Bruce is wearing in Three Jokers matches up perfectly with the suit he's wearing when...

This paragraph from a recent Bleeding Cool article just made me sigh with relief.
"Or at least that was the plan, the exit of Dan DiDio over repeated resignations at the company. means that...
My theory is that it's the kid who hangs out beside the news stand. He's always crouched down, almost exactly the way the New Rorschach is introduced on panel.
Just as an aside to the current conversation: There's been a ground swell of characters alluding to, and in some places outright stating that they're no longer by any means on a 5 year long...
In the most recent issue they redrew scenes from A lonely Place of Dying that originally featured Batman in the blue and grey suit and switched it out for the New 52 suit. I hope it's included...
I'm thinking we're going to be left with a history of Bat-suits that goes like this:
Zero Year suit -> The Year One style suit (currently in The War of Jokes and Riddles storyline) -> New 52 suit...
I took it to mean that it was just hanging in the cave as a prototype or spare costume that hadn't been worn yet. Didn't Jason find a prototype Robin suit in a similar way as part of his origin...
Oz seems like he's been held against his will and tortured somewhat. A lifetime worth of brainwashing and torture is bound to affect a character's original motivations. It's likely that Manhattan...
It doesn't make sense to finally organize everything and then reboot again, at least to me. I do think we'll see an expansion of continuity to account for more pre-Flashpoint history, for example the...
The Jor and Lara in this look like much younger versions of the Secret Origin versions of Jor and Lara. I'm liking the design.
It's been a while since I posted about any of this stuff. I agree that they seem to be teasing an incorporation of much of past continuity into an expanded 15 year timeline, with small changes here...
Taking into account the comments made about the New 52 in the interview with Didio and Lee on Newsarama soon after the Rebirth special came out, about how in hindsight they should have relaunched...
Rebirth is already a partial reboot to elements of both continuities, so I'd say things will continue in what is technically the New 52 universe but with elements changed where required.
Those are batarangs between his fingers I think, not claws.
Well if he's been in the speed force since Johnny Thunderbolt zapped the JSA there in the 50's he should still be his young self.
I hope you're right. I'd love to see Rorschach take on Batman!
It looks like he's burning through the cover of Flash comics #1 too. Very cool.
I thought the third party was Eobard Thawne? He's on one of the covers

I'm loving the new take on Jay's costume. Sweet.
Yep. I just don't think it will involve a Crisis like event like insinuated in the article.
If I recall correctly Geoff was saying "No, thank god, no" in response to Seth saying "So Rebirth isn't a reboot".
I do agree that when Rebirth is finished up it will resemble the pre-Flashpoint...
I'm now of the opinion that there won't be another crisis, judging from Geoff Johns' comments about reboots on Seth Meyers. He went so far as to seed in Darkseid War that another crisis would destroy...
I dug this about as much as I was expecting (which was a hell of a lot). Lord Havok and The Extremists interest me a lot as I haven't read much about them. Reis continues to churn out jaw dropping...
