It definitely flopped critically!
The original Red Robin suit was the best.
Same with the legit Turtles, to be honest.
And it doesn't look any better on him!
I also assume it'll have fun moments and humor, because Gail Simone.
I don't want drama for drama's sake either, I like happy, healthy, couples, but it still feels like there could be more going on with it.
I do wonder if we're going to see the Avengers' response to this.
Not that they're actually going to do anything, but still.
DeMayo hinted we might see Wanda so having her be with The Avengers...
Let's not bring Eternal into this :p.
Beast Boy?
Might just be my read of it but I feel like the "doom and gloom" start is meant to segue into Jubilee joining up with Rogue's team to start really making a difference and turn things around.
I just want a little more depth to Dick and Babs' relationship right now. As of the moment they're the most positive, sugary-sweet, relationship of all time.
Well, I guess we know Captain Boomerang survives all the DLC!
Ponytail Kara!
Not really exactly the same but Ultimate kiiiiiinnd of did something with this to where they had Peter as the leader of all those teen Superhero teams because he was the one with the most experience...
I think Scott and Jean look more determined than anything. The episode began with Scott wishing he could be a father to Cable like Charles was for him.
I doubt Williamson had anything to do with canceling JLD but I think he can write a good team-up issue.
There was a lot going on in Dark Crisis as to why it ended up the way it did.
It does seem like it landed for some though, especially when there was another option to explore with his characters.
My best wishes to you.
I feel like both characters work best solo (especially Peter) or without needing to share screentime with another Spider-Man.
I guess you could make a show where you have an adult Peter mentoring...
Honestly maybe I'm so numb to references I didn't even second guess it...
I think the problem is just that you have more material to mine with Peter for an ongoing cartoon than you would Miles without doing variants of Peter stuff.
I mean, Miles has way more material...
Fixing things with Felicia was definitely necessary and probably one of the best things to come out of the run.
I at least enjoyed Hunted and understood what it was trying to do thematically even...
I think Doom involvement basically begins and ends with wanting a seat at the table without being directly involved (because no one cuts Doom out of a cabal).
I kind of doubt it if only because the "General" had a female voice in season 1.
We did get a good Lara AI in Superman & Lois.
I don't think it had anything to do with Wakanda or Africa (it's not like Wakandans even care about him at this point) but I feel like it would have made more sense if it was Steve and there not be...
I kind of assumed he was voicing Norman Osborn in the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man cartoon.
Nice covers :).
