Shazam never had an on-going series. His story was at the end of each Justice League issue from 12-20 or so (my issues are off). After the conclusion of his story, they put it in graphic novel form....

For me I would have to be:

Batgirl- pretty much the entire series, with Death of the Family taking the cake.
Batman- everything before Zero Year. Death of the Family had to be my favorite though....

I have not. I'm gonna go to my comic book store tomorrow and look for it. I liked the Hush story a lot. I also LOVED Jim Lee's art.

Seeing that I'm a very visual person I would have to say that art has A LOT to do with it for me. Writing is important but if the art is horrible I'm really not all that inclined to read it at all....

I think that DC is trying harder at being more inclusive of minorities. I LOVE Batwoman, but was so disappointed when Williams and Blackman left the book over creative differences.
