Ratings arent hard to find. 800,000 viewers for a cw show is fine and all but not a major number.
Compare that to stranger things or the rings of power had like 25 million viewers per episode.

Im not debating whose a better Superman...
Its not subjective. Its an objective fact. The general population doesnt care about cw products.
Im thrilled you enjoyed Tyler's Superman. But no one...
Henry or no Superman at all...
No one in the general public is following cw stuff.
Would have generated no buzz and only confusion.
Realistically no Superman tease at the end would have...
Was it ever our real world history though? No I don't think so, it's DC world history.
Some of the prejudice comments are bit odd in this day in age.
I mean retcons, soft reboots and hard reboots are super super common and dont indicate to much in and of themselves as far as dc comics past behavior.

As far...
Thus far I've read 3 volumes of Philip K Johnson Superman run... largely stuff relating to Warworld.
The art and writing is clearly top notch but the actual story concept and the colorless design...

Ill have to find that podcast. Sure he mentioned in there it was a sequal to coie
Ive heard repeated claims that this was the original intent and title though from the get go. Also why would dc course correct mid event from an event that has and is selling well.
The title...
I'm eager for this event to end to see where it spins out too as well so I can reread everything from Death Metal to Infinite Frontier to Justice League Incarnate to Dark Crisis and its tie ins. Ive...
I agree I'd also love to see non Multiverse events... and I'm not tired of them at all... I like Dark Crisis... but yes I'd love to see more character based crisis or crisis's that aren't threarening...
My understanding was that Morrison was writing his Revelations of DC comics.
Ie. No one has the faintest clue what is going on in the Book of Revelations from the Bible either.
Morrison for me...
I left my responses in the quotes
I doubt continuity was in any better shape in the 50s, 60s, or 70s either. Any long form serial stuff from any publisher anywhere with hordes of writers over decades has contradictions....

I've always taken the heroes don't kill in sorta the cops arrest people they don't kill people sorta thing. Of course if you push the cops they won't take you to jail or court, they'll kill you. But...
