Hi all-
Longtime thread lurker here. Seeing all of your collections and new acquisitions has put me in the mood to try out some new books, but unfortunately funds are limited right now. Is...
Since I've had a lot of luck trading on this board in the past, I figure I'll throw my trade list up here one last time before going the eBay/LCS route. I'm looking to clear out volume, so I'm happy...
Hi all -
For most books, I'm willing to trade in your favor - I need to clear out some space! My full trade/want lists are below...I'm most interested in the books listed under "Want", but I'm...
A few additions to my 'for sale' list:
X-Men: Inferno OHC (like-new)
X-Men: Inferno Crossovers OHC (new, sealed)
Hi everyone-
I need to unload a lot of books from my collection to cover some family costs. There are too many books to price them out beforehand, but in general I'm willing to go below the...
It must be something on your browser - I didn't provide any link in my original post.
Amazon is running another blanket discount offer on any single book like they did back on Black Friday. With the code "BOOKDEAL25", you can get 25% any single book sold by Amazon, including...
Needing to downsize my collection a bit, I've decided to let go of all of my recent X-Men hardcovers - pretty much everything from Supernovas up through AVX. It was a tough decision, but if anyone...
I know you said you avoid the hardcover MMWs because of their price, but the upcoming re-release of Dr. Strange vol. 1 is priced at $50 (versus the now standard $70-75), so it will be quite a bit...
As a few others have noted, the Powers Definitive books are over-sized, but they also have glued bindings (at least volumes 1-5 - I haven't cracked 6 open yet). The gutter loss isn't too bad, except...
There are still numerous books from the '70's that have yet to be Masterworked, so if they ever do make a Secret Wars Masterworks, it will probably be quite some time down the road.
I still wish they had included The Further Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix series. That book hasn't been reprinted in a loooong time, and it would have been nice to have an all in one collection...
All of the Silver Age omnibus have letters pages. Since UXM vol. 2 is bronze age, maybe it has to do with material that has previously been Masterworked?
The Abnett & Lanning GotG series is the closest to the movie. Marvel just released volume 1 of the complete collection for that series, and volume 2 has been solicited (I believe). That series was...
Looks like a Fraction Fantastic Four omnibus is on the way.

Is this run any good? I haven't heard much about it one way or the other.
Batman sells a hell of a lot more copies than either Nightwing or Batgirl.
Right now, it's a done in one book. If they continue the 1940's series, I guess they could release more in the future, but 1946-7-8 collects the three existing series.
Great question! For Marvel fans, I think I would go with Whedon's Astonishing X-Men or one of the Bendis/Brubaker Daredevil volumes.
Outside of Marvel, probably Fear Agent, Scott Pilgrim, or...
Can't speak to the quality of the Witchblade compendium, but the Rising Stars compendium is hot garbage. I read it (very carefully) only once, and it was already coming loose from the binding.
I feel like that X-Men Wedding book has been cheap for a while now. I picked a copy up on eBay last year for $4, and Amazon usually has a few cheap copies as well.
Any hardcovers of note on...
DoFP = Days of Future Past
For the most part, there aren't really defined story arcs in these older books. Uncanny volumes 1 and 2 are Claremont, Cockrum, and Byrne at their best - lots of great character development and...
Ordered the Infinity Gauntlet variant cover. It will be interesting to see if the variant of this one sells out as quickly as some of the other recent high profile variants.
I have in the past, and I will do so if the opportunity arises again in the future. I take the dust jacket off when I read, and given the lack of uniformity within even a single line (how many...
