I liked this issue a bit more than the first one. Peter's opening scene makes it clear he's more prone at being immature around Miles than in general, while Miles is both picking up on Peter's bad...
Me too! Though at the same time, I'd feel weird hearing Nadji's Miles without Yuri Lowenthal's Peter....even though he was also a Miles to Robbie Daymond's Peter. :p
We're getting a 40th anniversary one-shot issue this July, featuring stories by various artists and writers throughout TMNT history.
A short voiced scene, with Josh Keaton again as Peter and Zeno Robinson as Miles.
Here's a preview for Gargoyles Quest #1, coming out next week.
From what I saw on the Kickstarter page, it'll still be in black and white.
I didn't think Weisman would be avoiding Brand New Day characters, for better or worse. Spectacular Spider-Man had a couple of characters in very minor cameos and he's been interested in Mr. Negative...
And now I remember that Kron talks to himself when goes in as Miguel. Woops. So, it only makes it vague when "Miguel" talks to Conchata and Tyler.
Oh, gotcha. Hmm, maybe it could be. He's...
Read the second issue as well.
Having "Miguel" enter the Alchemax building was a fun sequence, especially as it keeps it a bit vague as whether it's actually him with the symbiote or Kron...
I don't think the latter is a bad outcome. I like that a Suicide Squad story is just as likely to boost a D-lister as it is to kill them. As long as the fanbase doesn't get in the way of the intended...
That scene felt more about how Ivy interpreted things over what actually happened. Yeah, her trying to approach him and persuade him was the smart move, but she already burned that bridge when she...
I was underwhelmed by the final issue. Metallo's turn was very abrupt, going from wanting to kill Superman no matter what to suddenly sacrificing himself to save the city from the unstable kryptonite...
Season 2 will come out on July 15th, with 10 episodes.
Here's the synopsis:
I wish they hadn't done that mid-season break. It really killed a lot of the momentum towards the finale. I did enjoyed it overall, especially the cameos by Josh Keaton as Spider-M...I mean, Agent...
This was a fun issue. The transition from Waid to Campbell felt seamless. It still keeps the same spirit and concludes the whole house deal nicely. There's some fun sequences that come from this too....
Whatever plans they had for Captain Atom and specifically his son in The Fall and Rise of Captain Atom. Bonus if they keep "casting" Keith David as General Eiling.
I have mixed opinions on...
Especially since apparently WB teased Robin Williams for the role twice without committing, which led to bad blood between them.
Josh Keaton and Andrew Kishino reprise their roles as Peter Parker and Kenny Kong to create a scene from this issue.

After a little over a year since Here in Manhattan started, the conclusion has finally arrived. As the clan reunites after a successful court hearing and a rescue mission, Dino Dracon makes one last...
The Spectacular Spider-Men tease was a lot simpler than I was expecting. I guess the patrons and barista on the left will be new additions to the Coffee Bean cast. No idea who they are.
The blind...
You could say she's a take on 2011 Pumyra. :p
Oh, and now I just realized that the clipboard with the puzzle belonged to "Maynard", who happens to resemble Martin Short. So I guess we already got our taste of Riddler. I wonder if the other two...
This was a good issue, but admittedly, it's also an example of how the constant delays of this book (and the previous story arc) can impact my thoughts on it. It's very plot-driven while fleshing out...
No, it was originally meant to be a TV show spin-off from Gargoyles that was later repurposed as a comic. This specific comic series was always meant to be six issues long. I was guessing that...
Gargoyles: Dark Ages #6 is an enjoyable ending to the mini-series. It really only wraps up the main story with the children and Wyvern the Dragon, while leaving other potential stories open, like...
