Is the GLC omni by Tomasi worth getting if I have all 3 GL omnis by Geoff Johns? I know there is some double dipping, but how is the series in general? Thank you
I'm enjoying this arc with Doc Ock and his interactions with Norman, after suffering through the 26 issues to get to the bottom of "What did Peter do?".
Marvel gives MJ an insta family, but Peter needs to be the eternal man-child who can never grow. What a difference between this pile of shit series and Flash as written by Jeremy Adams....
I've been enjoying Stargirl and the Lost Children. It is one of my favorite new comics. On the other hand, the new JSA hasn't impressed me so far, but I'm hoping it picks up the next few issues.
After reading this issue I still don't know what Peter did that caused MJ to turn against him. This was the worst issue of the run yet, since it didn't answer anything, unless I'm really dense. Lol
When does this series take place, since Norman is a supporting character and it is coming out while Gold Goblin isn't over? When I first started reading comics in the early 80's, Marvel made it...
I am interested in both, but have to budget and can only get one at the moment. Any input is most appreciated. Thank you.
They made Beast into a villain without any depth. Instead of a Magneto or Dr. Doom who can show some redeeming qualities, they turned Beast into the mutant version of the Red Skull, who has always...
I voted for JSA and am very happy it is number 1.
There are 4 omnibus and with my budget I can only get one for now. Which volume of the 4 would you say is the best for those who have read them? Thank you.
I haven't read Superman since the John Byrne era. I hear a lot of good things about the Tomasi/Gleason run. There is an omnibus for a good price on IST. How high would those who have read this run...
You mean because of what happened with Ray Fisher?
Thank you. I like stories involving Braniac and Bizarro, so I will check those out.
I know he is with DC and it won't happen anytime soon, but I'd be interested in a Geoff Johns run on Spider-man one day.
I see there is no omnibus, but a number of trades from theJohns run. What would be the best arcs from this run? Thank you.
Can my vote be changed to New Teen Titans 80 - 84? I saw New Teen Titans and didn't see their were two, so checked off 84 - 96. Thank you.
I have a lot of Marvel Silver and Bronze Age collections, since I prefer Marvel from the 60's to the 80's other the 90's and later decades, but don't much about DC in the pre-crisis period. Thank you...
The above is much better than the dialogue from Wells. In the last panel I first thought the Goblin Queen turned Janine into Menace 2.0. Lol
This was terrible all around. They should have packaged it as Dark Web: Alpha instead of making it part of ASM since Spider-Man wasn't in it.
Is that the Demon Bear from New Mutants?
Peter made a deal with Marvel's version of the devil to save an old woman who should have been dead long ago. I think that is up there with some the other characters' notorious deeds.
How does the original Xtreme run hold up? I'm thinking of getting the omnibus, but I have been reading mixed reviews.
The Roy Thomas/Neal Adams all too short run on the original X-Men, issues 56 - 63. The art from Adams is some of his best here in my opinion:...
The only way to redeem Beast is to retcon it that Dark Beast has replaced him all these years since he started to become devious.
