Don't think Saturn could ever do psychokinesis? It was the telepathy they had in common.

Loved that!
The only one of the '70's re-designs I liked was Karate Kid's, (T-Wolf's wasn't bad). As for the rest - the female ones (and Cosmic Boys'), mostly looked gimmicky and impractical, and the male ones...
Most definately John Forte! Great artist, and really - and consistently - made the Legionnaires look like individuals.
Because those who make the comics, films, T.V. programmes, etc. are madly in love with the idea of "fixing" what was never broken!!
Although it was Beast who had the same powers as T-Wolf - at least in their original versions!!
Even when she had "normal" wings, they never seemed quite right to me as they just looked "stuck on" to her back! Someone with two functional pairs of upper limbs would certainly have some adaptation...
Looks like the sad, ruined Future Quest version of the Impossibles HAS no future!!!!!! GREAT STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It would! "COIE" royally messed up the Legion!
It was truly dire - but Phantom Girl's costume from the same era was even worse!!!!!! Admittedly I always hated bell-bottoms and didn't think they looked better for being fashionable at the time! In...
I so agree that the Impossibles should have been left out - they are my all-time favourites and Future Quest slaughtered them story-wise!
Of course I don't like how the Impossibles are done in Future Quest story-wise. FAR too many changes - throwing aside most of the cartoon premise, including the great camaraderie the originals have...
The Impossibles - not a reboot, but a re-introduction using the original premise, weather they use the carton art style or the more realistic one, but owing NOTHING to Future Quest story-wise, (and...
Definately need some true to the original Hanna-Barbera comics - perhaps a run featuring a different cartoon in each, like the '90's Archie Hanna-Barbera Presents ones to start with? Not cross-overs...
Don't mind Bizarro, but can't abide Mr. M. - even leaving aside the fact it's hard to mix sci-fi and magical stuff. Same with Mordru. (Don't think White Witch works well in LOSH, but like the...
Would love that, providing it was original version Metal Men!
So true! Just makes everything so convoluted and drawn-out, too. I also don't think they all need to be in the same universe. Some, yes.
It does have lots of great aspects but I'm disappointed as, while Mr. Parker is a great guy and a good writer - he just dosen't seem to "get" the Impossibles - and part of the problem with their...
I did - as far as I can tell they are all set in the modern day including Mightor, who appears to be brought into the present day (or at least their new version of him for the purpose of this story),...
The last one sounds like it could work; the others - not so much.
One of the original Impossibles could get behind the drumkit - lots of real-life musicians do play more than one instrument - or a synthesizer could be used to provide percussion effects - also...
No just no!!!!! This sad, ruined version of the Impossibles should be "de-booted" or discarded and the token female should definately go!!!!! The original Inferior 5 fit the 'Imps better story-wise -...
Unlike the originals, her power dosen't cause obvious physical changes which is yet another reason she is the odd one out. Fine if it was a team like Legion of Super Heroes where there are so many...
Of course the cartoon design of the Impossibles is my favourite, but I do like some fan art where they look like more realistic versions of their cartoon selves and can understand why they were drawn...
The Future Quest version of the Impossibles wasn't as bad as I'd initially thought - it was even worse. For myself, the only positive aspects of it story-wise are the fact they haven't been made too...
