A shame that they didn't use Richard's Loveness/Perez design in MvCI, not that I have anything against his Annihilation look.
I recall hearing on Reddit that a Nova-heavy story involving both Richard & Sam was recently submitted for the current GotG run.
Marvel's the one who chooses their side of the roster, keep that in mind.
I wouldn't call myself an insider, just someone who does their research.
So the video game ban has finally been lifted.
This bodes well for the rumors of the X-Men in Avengers Academy & being DLC for MvCI.
So the Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 trailer was uploaded early.
Like with the other recent Marvel games, no X-Men or Fantastic Four characters. Hopefully it's like the rumored situation with MvCI...
Capcom has actually moved away from doing Super/Ultimate versions of their fighting games, instead doing seasons of DLC like they are with Street Fighter V's DLC characters (though unlike SFV, there...
According to various inside sources, we'll get the X-Men & Fantastic Four characters as MvCI DLC eventually.
The bad news is that one of said sources (SneakersSO on NeoGAF) heard that there won't...
Sounds like it. If nothing else, that's good news for Josh Keaton as Spider-Man.
If anything, this recent issue may explain where Richie is during Secret Empire (he's dealing with the Cancerverse stuff once & for all).
Exactly, let's just trust in their story & know that it'll pan out well for both Richie & Sam. Richard has to get the Cancerverse off his back somehow.
I saw Sam on the cover, but no Richie.
I mean, the sales aren't terrible. Doesn't Ms. Marvel have comparable sales? Either way, the word-of-mouth surrounding the book is going great, & for good reason.
As for the current issue, it's...
That would make the most sense, but I hope the Nova book keeps going. It's easily one of Marvel's best books right now.
The way Richie's Nova helmet changed from Prime to Centurion in #1 looked like the transition was intentional, so I'm not surprised that they'll explain the reason for it later.
I have a good feeling that it is. The writers are putting too much love & care towards getting Richie right to screw it up. I have faith in Loveness & Pérez.
But Sakura isn't even in Street Fighter V (yet, maybe in Season 3), whereas Rashid is the break-out newcomer of the game. Beyond just their faith, Rashid's personality is not unlike Kamala's...
I feel like there's potential for the Cancerverse essence stuck in Richard to be a metaphor for Richard to finally reintegrate himself with the greater Marvel universe. Him finally ridding himself of...
Rashid would probably be a more relevant choice than Dhalsim as Ms. Marvel's rival, considering that he's one of the fan-favorite newcomers of Street Fighter V. Their heritage is similar & they both...
It's still Richard, he just has a bunch of Cancerverse essence in him. The point of Amadeus Cho's bio-scans was to make it perfectly clear that this is the Richard Rider.
Hopefully this includes Ms. Marvel in Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.
Don't expect Square-Enix to make an X-Men game anytime soon, their 2nd Marvel game is rumored to be for Guardians of the Galaxy.
Bendis did Carol dirty in Civil War II. But if Iron Man could recover could recover from the last Civil War, Captain Marvel can recover from this one.
Ask again after Captain Marvel makes her MCU...
I'd highly suggest the 2007 run from Abnett & Lanning. Their run on Cosmic Marvel around that time is easily one of my favorite series of comics to date.
