I don't think we ever saw how Rory Campbell became Ahab on panel. Unless the Ahab (Apocalypse horseman) from the Twelve storyline was 'present' Rory Campbell changed to Ahab.

Fair enough, just does not strike me as something Cable would do (killing himself), even a younger version of him.

I am living outside the US, and I was able to purchase it from comixology a little after that time.
