Replied to wrong person.
I'm interested in the Elektra omnibus.
This is late but Hey Legion!
I'm definitely missing the good stuff.
I think Quimby's book store might have what you're looking for.
I've seen your shelf before. Amazing collection you have there. I'm jealous of the Zenith hardcover.
It's..so beautiful.
You lucky son of a gun. I wanted to get the Nyx/X-23 hardcover but it's always going for insane prices.
I want to say that my first hardcover was Heroes Vol. 1 with the Alex Ross cover. It still looks brand new to this day.
You're welcome. You should check out /r/comicswap on Reddit. I know I've seen people selling/trading Daredevil omnibuses recently.
Really great selection of books. I can't believe that you were able to get all three Cap omnibuses for $70. That's awesome.
I see some really good books. Can you take close up pictures of the shelves?
I see you finally decided to post your collection. :D
I try my best to keep my issues in great condition. I have the entire run of Preacher, Shade the Changing Man and Sandman in single issues. I also have a good chunk of Books of Magic.
Right? I remember when I found my JMS Thor omni sealed. I could smell the book instantly when I removed the plastic.
Thanks for the information. This will definitely help me keep my Vertigo collection from decaying. Is this something that you work with or have in the past?
It's okay. As long as we enjoy our books. It's all good.
It was quite informative. I have older Hellblazer comics that had the back cover ad imprinted on the backing board which is the decaying process, I'm guessing. Those old Vertigo books tend to decay.
I do the same. Comics can be just as addicting. ;) I also smell hardcovers and omnibuses when I remove the plastic. I'm weird.
Glad I'm not alone in liking the smell. :D My friend would look at me weird when I bought older comic issues and smelled the pages.
I'm right there with you. I prefer collected editions for rereading instead of having to pull out comics from plastic sleeves and repeating for the rest. It is much more convenient to take a book off...
When it comes to finding OOP hardcovers, yeah I guess. In life, it varies. :p
It's alright. At least you can read the story for now.
It is Saga of the Swamp Thing. I wanted to get the singles but I quickly abandoned that when I was hardly making any progress. I did manage to find a #37 which is the 1st appearance of John...
