Hell Yeah! That would have been hilarious.
Larry Bodine from New Mutants 45. His suicide was staged to put him in hiding. He was a one and done character, so it would have been easy to retcon everything.
Yep.. It was an old B-side called Christmas Island! I'm cool with that becoming her theme, though.
I was excited to learn she’s a Depeche Mode fan.
My local shop didn't have any marvel books this week due to damages. They are hoping to have issues in by Saturday.
But it looks like Xavier is walking on the cover, and not in his wheelchair at the table. That's inconsistent with the O5 days. Also, why wouldn't have Beast remembered Sinister later on? Hmmm.
Read it last night. Wow. Its gone the dark route of Uncanny X-Men 190-191. Can't wait to see how Conan and his new ally fix this.
I haven't had a chance to pick up my comics, yet. But I will say this book has been amazing. Its one of the few I really look forward to reading each month. Kulan Gath should really be one of...
I think I would rather have a team based on the people who lost the vote? Either Wells or Duggan would be great on it.
I wish Jim Zub could get an Avengers or Defenders ongoing. I really like the books he's done.
Agreed. They have had my favorite books for the last few years. I would add Gerry Duggan. His Uncanny Avengers and Savage Avengers were/are great, his Marauders and Cable are okay.
Has there been a trailer or teaser released yet?
Aaron's Avengers needs to be revealed to be out of continuity. Its been awful on so many levels. This phoenix story is just one more bad idea in the mess. I can't figure out why I still have it on...
I agree with you. The characters all feel flat and the same, to me. Which is sad, because I love every character in this book. I do think the art is nice, though.
I agree. A trippy great issue.
I am wondering about the Master of the Sun thing, too. The opening info page made me think his memories might be fake. I'm intrigued, though. I like Ewing's...
Yes. I seem to remember him having dreams of the future during Byrne's Fantastic Four run and during the 80s X-Men vs Fantastic Four mini. I could be remembering it incorrectly.
Is Franklin still a pre-cog? Could this just be a way to keep Franklin away from Krakoa?
Yes. It starts slow in the first arc, but after that it was one of my favorites at the time it was coming out. I also really liked the zub issues at the end.
Thank you.
I felt like I missed something with that last page. What were Groot and Rocket referencing?
Taki & Frenzy written by Ewing. I am so ready for this book.
I really like it so far. I also liked Ewing's Rocket Raccoon solo, so I'm glad he's referencing it.
I would say start with the Davis/ Moore & Davis/ Delano stuff then go to Claremont's first Excalibur run with Alan Davis which was phenomenal. Excalibur #1 was my intro to Captain Britain and I...
I hope its a Doctor Shapiro solo.
