That's how it works in the narrative, i.e., Hickman's perspective of things. Future Franklin is omniscient; he's not trying to deceive the Avengers. He's actually endeavoring to aid them.

It's really hard to tell. It could be Havok, a new Iron Man, or a future incarnation of Franklin Richards. Richards made a recent appearance in Avengers #24.
