He made a huge mistake, murdering Crusader. But that didn't magically turn him into a bigot who...
I hope he's a double agent, and that it's not the usual "let's screw up D-listers" move. That would be disappointing from MacKay.
Magik is definitely the most successful one right now.
My concern is, is she safe? Did she appear long enough in the main X-Men line up to be a fan/writer/editor favorite, one of those characters...
A Jean variant cover for the Jubilee issue.
Disappointing but not surprising.
A certain obscure character is back... not in the comics, unfortunately, but in the new Marvel game, Marvel Rivals.
(It's crazy how many obscure characters game are actually using while comics are...
I guess Magik will uses spells or just sword+disc.
Namor seems to have water bending, Hulk will probably throw stuff and Groot, extend roots.
The only one I can't figure out is Mantis.
Avengers is by far the worst thing (and the only bad thing) MacKay ever did. Terrible line-up, and just horribly decompressed fights.
So, there is a new Overwatch-like game called Marvel Rivals.

Which team Synch should go if he was allowed to be part of one of the 3 main books?
Since he was in the heroic X-Men team, I can see him being in Simone's book.
But at the same time, he may be in...
I hate the "step forward, step backward " thing.
But I remember Destiny telling Mystique to burn Krakoa if they didn't resurrect her. I fell the same about Rockslide. He was the first casualty, and...
Sigh... They should just go on and say it's original Shang Chi's cousin, who is also named Shang Chi, because he is a whole different character now.
Because they'd have to do like 10 teams to cover the popular ones from the 2d generation and if only one of them were missing, fans would be rioting.
Here is Surge

Here is Simon joining Piotr and Santo in the "writers forgot we don't need to breath" team.
Ugh... I feel suddenly less hyped. There is not need for race-swaped Cykes or "Baka Rouge" while so many japanese mutants are available. There is even a legit japanese Wolverine named Akihiro, if...
More like sarcasm.
I also wish the same Ewing made Ororo realize sooner she didn't have to go through that door alone. Sunspot could have been part of that story, and get the introspection that was...
That's great! I was afraid Nori was left out in favor of Maystorm.
Maybe there is still hope for Zero or Wiz Kid too.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Daken pop up at some point.
Ewing definitely nailed it. Nice jab from him to the writer who made Storm unbeatable and unflawed in X-Men Red.
Oh no, Thanos is here again to try and steal Pikachu.
The guy turned himself into some digital life / living virus.
I don't see how that could be useful to the X-Men, unless they were fighting AI or something.
Aw, that makes sense. I hoped it was the return of Box, since the color sheme is similar. I have a hard time believing Madison is really dead. I would't be surprised if he comes back during the...
Oh, is that Madison as Box?
They're doing to make real that stupid ship with illyana and her sister Katya, aren't they?
X-Factor and X-Force will be as bad as the rest, it seems. Another old X-Man leading a team.
Saladin...
Even in omega class, they are not all equal. Phoenix Force Jean and Legion are magnitudes above the others and would have to be nerfed too.
Forge in X-Men.
Not sure I would count Sunspot in X-Men Red, considering how little he appeared.
