I'm on a Mac. It appears to be a formatting issue for Firefox. I looked at the page on Safari and it wasn't truncated at all, and then I looked on Chrome, and it only got 'Homeco..'

Kevin Feige unequivocally stated that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver were not Inhumans.
Of course things can change, but until we see otherwise, they're not Inhumans.
