The first two films are entertaining, despite the horribly miscast Jessica Alba and Julian McMahon, but (IMO) the unreleased Corman really captures the spirit of the comic/characters the best. It...
Haven't seen a whole lot from '77 but I like these ones.
1. Star Wars
2. Close Encounters of the Third Kind
3. The Spy Who Loved Me
4. The Deep
5. Pete's Dragon
6. The Many Adventures of...

Would totally pass on that. Don't care for her at all.
Well, I would certainly expect to see Vichyssoise in there. :)
Love Arrow but cannot stand Felicity Smoak anymore. She was fine early on when she was just the cute, quirky IT girl who'd help out occasionally. Now she's just an insufferable drama queen who seems...
When I was 12 years old, I (almost literally) bumped into Huey Lewis while walking with my family at Disneyland.
In the mid-90s, some old houses across the street from us were town down and new...
Not a whole lot of favorites from this year based on what I've seen.
* Dirty Harry
* Duel
* The Omega Man
* The Andromeda Strain
* Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
* The Abominable Dr....
We usually put all of our stuff up the day after Thanksgiving. Heck, we already have some decorations and a tree up. A small one for the family room, though. The big one in the living room will...
Current shows I'm following:
* The Big Bang Theory
* The Flash
* Arrow
* Lethal Weapon
* Criminal Minds: Beyond Border
* Legends of Tomorrow
* Blue Bloods
* Longmire
* Fuller House
I felt like the later volumes kinda lost their way and got less interesting. But I loved the first few volumes.
Supergirl does suck but The Flash is easily the best comic book television adaptation ever and has consistently solid, near-feature film quality special effects.
It amuses me greatly that some people still think Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad didn't do well "at all." Haha!! BvS made a little over $870 million and SS just recently passed $700 million....
Most Underrated:
Captain America: The First Avenger (my personal favorite and, IMO, the best MCU entry)
Most Overrated:
Iron Man
From the classic era of Image, I want ShadowHawk on the big screen. I wish Wesley Snipes could have gotten it made when he tried in the '90s. A new Spawn would be great, too.
From more recent...
They are still my favorite Batman movies. I prefer the first one a little more than the second but I love them both. And Michelle Pfeiffer is still the best live-action Catwoman, IMO. (With all due...
The only reference picture I could find right now is this one showing the figures above the back window in the apartment.

Generally speaking, I prefer buying the singles for current series I'm following and trades for older stories I want to read.
I just saw that on Image's website and was coming here to post about it. About time! Book 9 came out in August 2013. I remember somebody last year said they heard the collections would be starting...
Ghostbusters was driven by an agenda, pandering to feminists and SJWs while serving as a petty "eff you" to men.
Suicide Squad was driven by a desire to make a fun, entertaining movie that anybody...
First two may be be cliched and obvious, but oh well. Marvel and DC. Growing up, that's all I was about. Then came Image, which gave me that more PG-13 to R edge that let me feel like I was getting...
I've waited a long time for DC Comics to get their movie game on, especially with Marvel having such great success for the last several years. Now being three for three, it looks like the DC Extended...
I've never put any stock in what RT has to say about anything. While I do enjoy reading movie reviews, I've never let one influence whether or not I watch something.
Elsewhere recently, Gustin said that the "Flashpoint" storyline won't last for as long as fans might think. I've always figured it would either be finished and the timeline returned to normal before...
