What Ray Fisher said there is no different than what posters said on this forum a while back and some others disagreed with said posters (respectfully). I'm glad he brought that up.

See, I KNEW it...
I always predicted that there will be another Green Lantern book spinning off of this title. I'm hoping that would happen and this would help expand DC Cosmic titles.
The emotional spectrum has...
Ah, thanks for the clarification, Redjack!
So I listened to Redjack's podcast and I thought it was good and I'll give in some notes on what he said from the interview about his Green Lantern book:
There are “cool” story ideas he has for...
Ah, that's what I thought. I figured after the events of Crisis on Infinites earth that they would be on the same Earth now. I totally forgot about that. If there's a John Stewart in there, then...
Can they co-exist? Because I thought Black Lightning was from a different universe than John Diggle. After the final season of Arrow, I don't know what changes Queen made to alter reality, though.
Is this the first time this ever been revealed on CW? IIRC Lynn Stewart mentioned John being her brother in an animation?
Ah I see. I haven't read that interview. And yea, he largely succeeded in that regard. He's one of the very few writers who tried to treat the human GLs as equally possible.
EVS did say he was...
lol are you sure? I remember he was asked in an interview about his favorite Green Lantern and said there’s no question that Hal is his favorite. This was before Rebirth when he said that. I can...
He said this:
And said this to me:
You can look at the posts related to HJ&TGLC in the old John Stewart thread here.

What EVS said on the JS thread was very misleading to the fans. Venditti was one of the very few writers, who treated the human Green Lanterns as equals. I respect him for it.
That could be one of the reasons why DC editorial requested for those characters to be included in the book.
There may be a lot of universal politics involved in DC Cosmic
I'm looking forward to this: https://darkknightnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/JL-LAST-RIDE-1-Variant-scaled.jpg
It's going to be an interesting take. Makes me even more interested in this series.
Same here! Green Lantern does have a lot of potential to build upon the cosmic side of DC.
Yea, you can read the interview here
Ah, so this really did existed under Bendis' run. That's interesting.
During the Geoff Johns era, there were a restriction to where a Green Lantern was...
I love this art!
I thought Redjack's interview was interesting:
I'm not aware on what happened in Superman. But based on this interview we're going to see new changes in the Green Lantern mythology that we...
The DC Essentials artwork looks good! It's nice to see John making the cover for the first time. John Stewart is looking at Mr. Miracle. I wonder what a John Stewart Mr. Mircale team up would be like?
I read the DC anthology series with Ridley's take on John Stewart and Yrra. I thought it was short, but sweet. What I like most about this issue, is that John Ridely acknowledged Van Jensen's...
Yea, I don't think DC gave up on Hal Jordan entirely even after the failure of the WB film. You still had the TPTB that were still behind the character around those times.

Happy Valentines Day everyone!
I wouldn't mind seeing a John Stewart origin story with Katma being featured. I think it would be a good idea, especially for new John Stewart readers to...
