Yes and they can. But it's not about doing it on command. It's about being allowed to do it and take a character in that direction. Which usually is not allowed. you assume that compelling characters...

Again, there's moments when characters can have growth and take things to 'another level' with Peter....

MARVEL likely expected USM to sell really well early on given the entire thing is marketed to be a thing to specifically draw in those fans whom had been so vocal.
