I saw it as the guy knowing he has a high chance of being outed in Germany, as he is one a register. In America, there is no list with his name on it, and he can probably live in anonymity.

That makes sense, actually. Shame, though, as I loved the opening arc of this run.
My issues with this issue:
Harkness' involvement has never been hinted at.
Ronnie is a bad nickname.
We don't learn why it was deemed crucial to resurrect Peggy. Or if she was ever dead at all....
I don't think it was as much as deepest desires, so much as fixing deepest regrets of their lives, even when those regrets have been resolved.
Peter's biggest regret was the death of uncle Ben and...
Not super happy with #19, and I'm generally writing off the run. I get the sense parts of this run have changed direction abruptly.
Sharon Carter could be a contender with her own solo adventures but she hasn't had the shot in 50 years.
I still maintain that it makes no sense for mcu synergy to bring Peggy back now. 2011? 2012? When her show was airing, in the lead up to Avengers Endgame? Maybe, but now that mcu Steve is over and...
Peggy is behind scourge? I think i missed that.
I loved Coates' run when it was starting out. But it's been pretty slow going. The Dryad reveal left a sour taste, and I kinda have to fear the worse re obvious developments., if Coates is leaving. ...
I think that story is meant to be a dream Steve is having while in the ice.
My mistake. Yeah, Nikki and Monica are it, I think.
So what's the chance of Dryad being linked to whatever Alexa Lukin did with Sharon in Alberia?
Did she ever hook up with Spidey?
There was Malaika(?) from the late nineties. She's the inspiration for movie Nakia, I think.
Captain America. I also love his main supporting characters; Sam, Bucky, and Sharon.
Old school Nick Fury, Dum Dum Dugan, and Val.
Marvel doing this now, with Steve's MCU story over and done, is so goddamned weird.
She could do with more butt kicking time. Feels like she's been stuck on mission control since partway...
Falcon & Winter Soldier. Neither ever got their due in the Cap movies. Sharon Carter, too, but I'm not holding my breath, yet.
I'd like to see Sharon Carter step away from her role as Steve's pillar of stability/mission control. Have her be diagnosed with Alzheimer, and knowing what happens to those with the disease, she...
At the start of the current volume of Captain America, Gen. Ross hired both Bucky and Sharon. Did we see Bucky do anything related to that in any book?
A-Unit
Dum-Dum Dugan
Ursa Major
Volstagg
Mr. Fixit Hulk
The Doylist reason is if it drops from him, then it'd be difficult to get his hand on it or a replacement five years later when he suddenly rematerializes. Though, now that I mention it, where'd he...
I've looked through the Peggy tag on tumblr and there's no one thrilled about her comic return. Comic fans are bewildered, MCU fans don't so much as seem to be aware.
If it was synergy between the...
From this issue it sounds like the DoL are an old team, perhaps linked to the historical daughters of liberty. 60/70s comics show the Carters as a wealthy Virginia family, so it makes some sense for...
Wonder how they'll handle the transformation from Civil War Zemo (which I didn't like) to a more classic Zemo.
Has there been any editorial changes at Marvel? Maybe someone who really likes Peggy got put in charge?
