In Vancouver, I'd guess that any available ones would be even more expensive. Anything else would already be taken or not be big enough.
The lease ran out on May 1, so no time to film anything.
I think Nate was making fun of the various hate-watchers on YouTube and elsewhere who neither know nor care how TV ratings work.
Finally have a definitive answer on the reason:

Given the title and the green caption box, I think this story might be narrated by Jacob.
Interestingly, there was an article here a few days ago suggesting Kate might go to the forefront for a while, similar to her debut in 52:...
It didn't, which you would know if you looked a few posts up. :p
This doesn't prove anything because both RT and IMDB user ratings are notoriously susceptible to manipulation, such as not requiring that the one rating has actually seen the work in question. I...
CW average ratings, 2021-2022:

Batwoman: average demo 0.09, average viewership 458k. Canceled.
Riverdale: average demo 0.06,...
That's not what I said. I'm saying that the claim that the show was a "commercial and critical failure" is demonstrably untrue, and to make that claim is to be ignorant.
Yeah, that would...
Spoken like someone who has no idea what the actual viewership and critical ratings were. :p
The short version is: they were both pretty decent. This is not a cancellation due to low ratings...
Just a few minutes ago.
Yeah, but they lie about these sorts of things all the time. Lying is just what they do. They're the ones who have to live with that, not me.
This is not true. The second and third seasons were both within the CW's top 10 in terms of average ratings:

Aside from that weird opening in HQ, both appearances this week were okay. In Aquamen, Kate is on a first name basis with Jackson and apparently Arthur, which is neat but... odd.

This is basically canon. Kate has that effect on a lot of people.

Not a fan of the way Phillips is writing Kate so far. She's dumbing her way down.

No, that's not a mistake. Jackson is heading to Gotham this issue, where, according to one of the variant covers, he'll team up with Kate.

Ah, you're from the future, eh? :p
To celebrate Kate's birthday today, I redid an older version of what her in-universe Wikipedia article might look like:

Most of this information is canon to the comics, and most of what...
