I sense a real Clive Barker's Hellraiser (partial) inspiration for the visual aesthetic.
Black, chains, leather, long draping outfit. Looks like a cenobite.

Yeah I did not even think of him, but it does have a Hellraiser feel to it. Cannot wait to see what they do with him love the look.

Damn, all those Evil Batmen are awesome, at least in desig, but BWL push it to a whole other level. While the Judge Dredd inspiration is clear, I think it works very well for the story. I can't wait to see them in action and how they'll interact with Batman and the Batfimily (if they do).
