Define human? There's certainly been non-mutant X-men like Longshot and Warlock. Moonstar and Jubilee are technically human, now, although they have powers. Moira was fully human and a member of Excalibur. I think I'm forgetting someone...

off the top of my head there's been Omega sentinel, Juggernaut and Mimic.

I think he means baseline, no powers. I would say no as I don't count previous Xmen that were depowered. They were grandfathered in as Xmen
