Walmart Comics??

Hello I recently purchased some DC comics in bundle sets from Walmart, but they don't seem to match the versions I look up online. I've noticed nothing but subtle differences, i.e. The price isn't by the issue number. I was wondering if this makes it technically a different comic or if it would be worth the same as those posted online. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

I was recently trying to find a first print Batman #1 from the New 52 when I saw a Walmart version on eBay. The listings that acknowledged they came from a Walmart bundle were cover price or less while there were some obvious scam listings attempting to sell the Walmart printing as the original first print. If anything, the Walmart printing would be considered a sixth or later printing...just speaking of Batman 1.
