This could have ended it....Bortles just threw a TD pass and now they are up by 14 with less than 5 minutes remaining.

Don't like that decision either. With the TO's, I think it makes more sense to err on the greater chance of a three and out than recovering an onsides kick. Even with the fact Fournette's run all over you.
