In theory this wouldn't happen because of the Cosmic Cube, but it is always possible that an almost identical universe exists out there because that's just how comics work. So I wouldn't be surprised.

Yea at this point, what's one more Hydra ruled world in the multiverse? I mean House of M was created by Scarlet Witch and has since been shown to still exist on its own.

Now I want to see Hydra Cap (if he survives the Omega issue) to leap into these alternate reality and bring back Hydra Sue Storm and Hydra Wolverine amongst other Hydra heroes for a full scale war against Cap and the others.
