In the UK its on Amazon video/amazon prime (along with Batman Beyond, Batman The Brave and the Bold, Teen Titans & Justice League) so it looks like its a rights issue (seeing how netflix has the Marvel shows/cartoons and no WB superhero shows)

That's not true at all. Netflix has DC shows/cartoons and movies. And has had Batman cartoons on as well. In fact, BTAS has been on Netflix streaming and ALL of the shows and movies are available by DVD.

What do you mean? Do you mean streaming on Netflix? Because it has been on Netflix streaming in the past AND you can get it on Netflix DVD all the time.

It's currently available to watch on Amazon Prime Video (along with Superman: TAS) so DC probably got a better deal from Amazon than they had with Netflix and moved it over to Prime.

They're probably doing two things - 1. waiting it out for their streaming service. 2. going to reissue the box set, like they did this past year with Batman Beyond. Though the 25th anniversary would have been the time to release the box set. If they do I wonder if it'll be blue-ray since they didn't with the Beyond reissue.

Why does it "deserve to be on Netflex"?

Does Netflix have some special privilege or something that automatically lets them air whatever they want, come hell or high water?

Yes, it might be convenient for some people if Netflix carried it, but last time I checked, Netflix and Warner Bros. were businesses, so money is going to play a part in deciding what would be most advantageous to each company.
(Unless you have a fairy godmother who grants your every wish, no matter whether or not either company might lose money on the deal.)

Never mind that. I'm still waiting for Game of Thrones to come to either Netflix or Amazon Prime
