I get that this is supposed to be entertainment and over exaggerated but it's a bit ridiculous so far. Billie Lourde complaining that CNN didn't offer a trigger warning before announcing the results was particularly laughable.

Isn't Ryan murphey supposed to be on their side. Why is he making them look like lunatics

It was nice to see both sides acting like whackjobs. Loved seeing twisty again. Can't wait to see where this season goes.

Haven't watched it yet but am definitely interested. Is this like a Waco Cult or a Manson Cult or something else? Also what's supposedly their best season?

It's not Waco that's for sure. I don't know enough about Manson but I'm sure it's close to him. Imagine if Mickey or Stu or Billy from scream were really charismatic and had a bunch of followers

Without spoiling too much, it is a different sort of a "Cult".

That said, there are going to be scenes that are nods to other groups that seem to be cults. Seems like Andy Warhol/The Waco Folks/The Manson Family are going to play into those scenes.

My take? It isn't even close to their best season. Way too heavy handed along with way to much that it's hard to excuse in order to accept what is happening.

I would say this one, Roanoke, asylum/freakshow murder house, coven and I didn't finish hotel.

To me, a couple of problems.

- Quite a bit of what happened required too much for me to be able to suspend disbelief.
- The ending. The premise deserved better than the obvious stuff that they went for.
