predator all said and done got taken out by peak level humans so... unless you are taking about comic predator though in which case idk.

The biggest advantage the Predator had against his opponents in the films was his cloaking tech making it impossible to draw an accurate bead on him. Once that advantage was taken away from him pretty much spelled the end. And unless, in the immortal words of Leonard McCoy, it can "Cloak the Stench"...

The Predator has the plasma caster, the giant shuriken, and his wrist nuke. How is X-23 wolverine going to deal with all those? Oh wait... you just specified no ranged weapons. Which means this is almost a spite thread against Pred. Then again I only know the film version of X-23 and that thing can be killed with enough strikes and blows at the right areas and its regen wasn't exactly all that, so Pred is not going to get obliterated completely. He may lose, but not easily.

Laura still takes it. The Predator's cloaking field is still its biggest advantage over a human, and as noted unless it can mask its smell she'll still track it and be able to fight on her senses alone. And if a peak human Arnie can escape the blast radius of the mini-nuke that should be no trouble for Laura, either. Especially since her healing factor would give her a larger margin for error.

Yeah, this is Laura's fight to win without ranged weapons (adamantium claws, good enough senses to detect a cloaked Predator, etc) , and even with them really. Laura is quite fast and Predators... aren't exactly swimming speed feats.
