Could be. I do know that here in the States, there are quite a few Disney comic books sold under the Joe Book's company.

Looks like Joe Books is doing those "cinestory" graphic novels were the movie is transcribed onto page, with screencaps used as artwork. Not my cup of tea, personally.

No, he means the Disney comics IDW is currently publishing. IDW got the license after Boom lost it. Which was several years after Disney aquired Marvel.
Marvel has never published, and from the looks of it never will publish Disney comics.

Yeah, but I didn't know they also did a Toy Story comic. I thought that was just Boom.
