Does God Loves, Man Kills count ? It's my number 1.
If not,
1. UXM 150 (I, Magneto)
2. UXM 127 (After being defeated by Proteus, Cyclops test the X-Men)
3. UXM 141 (Exposing the ''Days of future past'' reality)
4. UXM 221 (Powerful fight between the X-Men and the Marauders)
5. UXM 161 (Magneto and Xavier fighting together)
Honorable mentions:
- UXM 183 (The bar fight between Colossus and Juggernaut)
- Uncanny X-Force 8 (Psylocke and Fantomex vs the Shadow king and the rest of the team)
- UXM 274-275 (Magneto and Rogue in Savage Land)

Oh now I got it!!! Excalibur Special Edition ("The Sword is Drawn")! Practically Perfect In Every Way, just like Mary Poppins.
Its first pages about Kitty's nightmare are simply memorable...
...but the rest is equally awesome.
Ufff... I haven't read enough... Anyway, it would most likely be one from X-Factor Investigations.
1. X-Men vol 2 #33 - Young Gambit and Sabretooth in Paris.
2. Gambit vol 3 #5 - Gambit vs X-Cutioner
3. X-Factor #16 Madrox meets his dupe priest
4. X-Men Legacy #24 - Legion realizes truth about personalities
5. X-Factor #39 Madrox and baby
1. X-Men/Alpha Flight: The Gift - Some really fantastic character work on Claremont's part. Those teams shouldn't have worked together as well as they did, and yet! I still feel like the big, unifying reveal was the writer attaching his values to some characters where it just didn't fit, but that's literally the only complaint.
2. New Mutants Summer Special #1 - Art Adams, Chris Claremont, more fantastic Asgardian Wars adventures, and Doug Ramsey in a slave collar. ...what?
3. Alpha Flight #7 - One of my favorite outings for the Beaubier twins, plus I admire just how absolutely determined Byrne was to flip off Shooter via subtext.
4. Uncanny X-Men #303 - The death of Illyana Rasputin. Still a heartbreaker.
5. Amazing X-Men #13 - Really nice showing for Nightcrawler and Anole. It demonstrated why Kurt's been such an enduring character - written properly, he's a fantastic balance of fun, compassion, and badassery. That's such a rarity in modern books; even the latest Claremont series leaned a bit toward caricature in spots. A little less impressed with how Northstar's relationship with Victor was handled, but that's an ongoing gripe.
Honorable mentions: Uncanny X-Men #121, Astonishing X-Men #51, Excalibur #91, Uncanny X-Men Annual #4, Academy X #13, and New Mutants Annual #2.

Singles issues? That's just way too hard. I have a problem picking 5 best runs.
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13
“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops
“There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.”--The Doctor

Holy...individual issues?! I need to ponder on this (and scrounge my backlog). There are a few rattling around my brain, but I might include some not-often-thought-of issues.
What can I say but, "I love comics."
