While spoiler tag works, to view the spoiler, I have to select all the text in it. As in, clicking from the first letter and dragging through to the last line. Shouldn't it be that I only have to click in the spoiler tag or move my cursor on it and the text becomes visible. This only happens on CBR and no other site I visit to.
Also, spoiler tag doesn't work on my android phone at all. It's in the box and the background would be yellow, but the text will be always visible, without me doing anything.

That's just how the spoiler tags work with vBulletin (or our version of it). Nothing we can do on our end.
