    Shouldn't their be more of his species? Or is he one of a kind.

    Who says there aren't more? Maybe a lot of them don't have useful powers or are "normal" so not on camera much.

    I still like to think he is kinda a member of the Royal Family who has become a... dog-thingy via Terrigenesis. Are Marvel planing to give a definitive answer anytime soon? Kinda hope they keep it up in the air...

    we would need to figure out if he is a pet. If he is an Inhuman, going through the mist will usually give you an unique power so that could explain why there isnt another. I havent read the recent mass of retcons so i dont know if this still applies.

    He probably is a lab experiment, like Cosmo or Red Ghost's Super Apes.

    We know non-Inhumans can be implanted with Inhuman powers, but the subjects tend to not survive the process... Lockjaw probably is one of the few successes.
