Default Characters that are actually more powerful then they are depicted.

Plasticman: to often he's depicted as just a stretchy guy. If you actually look at his power set he's more then that.

Vixen/ Animalman: Once you get into some of the more bonkers abilities that some of the more obscure creatures on the planet have you realize how powerful these two are. For one thing they are technically immortal.

And that's just one creature they can draw from.

The Martian Manhunter: he is literally the Swiss Army knife of superheroes.

The New Gods have rarely appeared as well you know...Gods in terms of powers at least
What we used to call life has very little worth these days. Welcome to the very edge.

Definitely Plastic Man, anyone whos read Dark Knight Strikes Again knows even Batman thinks he's the most powerful and dangerous meta. He can do just about anything and be anything and is indestructible.

Also Martian Manhunter. So sick of how under utilized he is. He could take out superman whenever he wants. I cant wait for the day when hes given the respect and attention be deserves. I like Cyborg but he's been given Manhunters justice league spot and let's face it Cyborg isn't winning anyone over.

The Flash should be able to end most stories almost before they begin.

Captain Britain, defined as one of the most powerful superheroes around. Similar to Martian Manhunter, very annoying how little he has been used and even incorrectly portrayed by authors such as Rick Remender and Brian Bendis (who can't seem to be bothered to read up on who they're writing about). A lot of UK fans, in particular, are waiting for a writer to depict him in a rightful manner and give him more than just a few panels as a secondary character.

Is Domino's power luck, or a subconsciously controlled telekinesis? Either way, terrifying facing somebody that can bend a bullet's course in flight, while weaving through a hail of machine-gun fire.

[The Real] Captain Marvel. He's got the power of Three GODs. If that doesn't do it for you, he's also got the abilities of two demi-gods, and the brains of the smartest guy that ever lived.

Always wondered what would have happened if Fawcett had sold to Timely back in 1953.

Invisible Woman got a power upgrade a while back, which allowed her to trade force-shield punches with super-strong types. Can't think who did it-- Claremont, maybe.

Poison Ivy! Shes pretty much Swamp Thing but without the power to travel through the green or drastically change her form.
