Truthfully I think most of DC's strictly antagonistic villains, particularly the bigger name ones, are horribly uninteresting.

Some of them are a tad obvious choices I know, but this is an area where DC shines historically for me.

I kinda disagree. Nothing should be forever fixed. Joker and Luthor should continually have to earn their spots as the top villains.

I think The Shade can't be considered a villain anymore, not after James Robinson made him into one of the best anti-heroes on comics who totally deserve his on comic.

I'm fully aware, but he was a villain. As you could probably guess from Nash being on my list, Robinson's Starman is the reason Shade is on here. I'd totally read a book all about him...just not written by Robinson.

That could be said about a lot of villains these days( especially female villains). I was hard pressed to think of any female villains outside of WonderWoman and Batman rogues that were prominent enough to warrant top 20 status.

I had 7 female villains on my list (not even counting the women who are part of the LoSV) only one of which was a Bat rogue and none of which were Wonder rogues.
