I don't know sounds perfect to me. It's refreshing to see a relationships that last a lifetime and produce kids than failure relationships which produce nothing and at the end of the day are a waste with no fruits to be shown.

Yeah, if ALL you have in comics are dysfunctional relationships, then THAT is boring. It's part of why I liked Ruby. Scott+Emma stayed together until the bitter end in that future.

to be honest, that's part of why I like it. Reed is supposed to be boring. The family dynamic is that Reed tries to be a good father but is more than just a little of a "stick in the mud" and usually more busy with work/superhero stuff than his family.
