Yeah, one kind of assumes that her higher end hex power/reality warping feats can extend to either inserting the two of them into the timeline the appropriate number of years ago, or having them appear already in their teens and with a history with their alt-families that all parties remember and have documentary evidence, shortly before their first appearances in Young Avengers.

Whether there's actually functionally a difference between the two options, apart from someone taking a time machine to investigate, is up for debate according to your metaphysics of choice; it's kind of the Omphalos hypothesis writ small.

Dorrek/Hulkling's age remains an issue, though, although a statement somewhere that Skrulls reach maturity in a shorter time span than humans would go a long way to make things ethically less problematic, if not entirely kosher according to local Terran law.

And it's not exactly a new problem, since it technically applies equally to all the cloned/forced growth characters out there, from Adam Warlock to Ben Reilly and Kaine to Genis-Vell... whatever their level of emotional and physical maturity (still debatable in some instances), none of them have really reached the statutory age to make it legal for adults to have physical relationships with them, and yet nobody ever seems to question them having significant others.
