thank to the power of the plot Gawds, zoro finds himself flung into the world of samurai jack, replacing jack in his quest to rid the world of aku.
zoro's blades are blessed to be as potent as jack's sword.
how does he do?

Zoro by this point is significantly beyond Jack in almost every way combat-wise. Zoro gets lost trying to find his way back and stumbles upon Aku's palace. Aku doesn't get any chance to run away when he's beaten.
If it's the first episode, Zoro just kills Aku.
If it's in aku's future (the show's main setting), I actually think Aku wins. He's pretty tricky and Zoro is easily tricked. Either that, or he simply eludes Zoro forever (like he could have done with Jack, who can follow directions).
In a straight up fight, Zoro has good shot of beating pretty much anything in this verse. Especially with his swords being blessed like Jack's.
But as noted, it'll be a lot easier for Aku to trick Zoro and set him off course. Then again, I can totally see Zoro just comedically ending up at Aku's place every time the shogun of sorrow tries to steer him away from it.
