Hmm, no, i don't see it either.
You could just as well draw a x-wing with rey, kylo, finn, poe and leia as the main body. Hell, you could draw a lot of things lol.
Its very likely unintentional but if it is true it would make some degree of sense. The fallout of Vader's actions had a hand in Kylo Ren and the events of the Force Awakens which also leads directly into this film. That being said its probably coincidental.
The framing does vaguely give the impression of Vader's face made via the actors.

I think it's just a coincide, but those can be the best kind of Easter eggs.
I'm actually seeing the poster more as somewhat similar to the "Return of the Jedi" poster. Luke is pretty much in the same place as Vader; Leia is also framed similarly although with much more clothing. And there's fighters racing toward something like the X-wings and the Death Star; except this time it's reversed, with the speeders on the ground heading towards the Walkers.
