Rules:

- You add 2 points on one character or

- Deduct 2 points to one character or

- Deduct only 1 point to one character or

- You can do all the first 3 rules: add 2 points to one character, deduct 2 points to another character and deduct 1 point to another character.

- There's no limit on how many times you have voted per day for as long as you vote every after 2 other posters have voted.

- If there has been no activity for 2 hours, you can vote again.

- For the final 2, it's going to be add 2 points on one character and deduct 3 points on another character.
