Well, it's almost the week of NYCC (Oct. 5th-8th).
I wonder if they're still only doing mini series or did that plan change.
I thought they said that they'd have a few graphic novels from the get go. Like they wouldn't just be relying on monthly issues. I hope that's still the case.
I'd love a complete Static story to jump into.

As someone who fell in love with Static because of the cartoon, and found out later about the comics I'm always interested in seeing what'll be done with him (and the others of his universe).
Though I can't help but wonder how well this new Earth-M can fare. Even Wildstorm doesn't really have its own universe anymore and didn't do very well for years before it was folded into the DCU (the current the Wildstorm notwithstanding for the moment).
I certainly hope for its success of course but man it's a question to wonder how well this can be received.
Haven't heard of the graphic novel thing before this. If it ran with those I'd love it.
Course an entire series of ongoing graphic novels would be pretty epic in a western context as well. Not really any of that out.
DC tried to incorporate both the Windstorm and Milestone characters into the DCU proper a few times but it hasn't taken. I don't know why but feel they should be serious about the integration process. It took decades for DC to really get Captain Marvel(Shazam) and the Charlton characters integrated but they managed to do it. They've been integrated so long some readers in the last decade or so may not even know that Captain Marvel, Blue Beetle, Question and Captain Atom were not original characters but purchased ones.
I'm still curious though. Just want Hardware interacting with Cyborg and Icon with Superman.
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" - Optimus Prime
I need to see some artwork. Costumes and abilities on display.
Hopefully DC doesn't screw this up.
Got a friend that's going on Saturday and Sunday. Hoping to see some cool shit.
