I always prefer movie covers, but issue #2 is already graded and the only other cast member I'd try to get would be Donnie Yen (but I don't see that opportunity happening soon) so it look like Ms Jones will be the only signature for now.

I would say the first cover. Not only is it a better cover but a signature would probably look better over the lighter area. The second one looks like a signature presumably in black ink might not show up as well against the darker background.
