I know this isn't the right thread for this but seeing as we know someone from Astonishing will die and we see everyone from that book in this pic except for Mystique, is it safe to say she might be the one to die.

Mystique might be the one to die but editors and continuity in Marvel is not very good so who knows.

I'm hoping that Lorna will have more than a drive by cameo appearance in this. Not many writers seem to remember the friendship between Polaris and Jean, and I'm hoping that Rosenberg will.

This is one area where I can't exactly say what Lorna would do given she was punted from the original DP arc when things got hot (she was there early on) and she hasn't been involved directly in another so never had to deal with her oldest and only close female friend rising from the dead possibly in world ending form.

Is that Archangel for sure in that picture? I don't like teen Angel as well as adult Archangel, but that could be him in the background.

It could be interesting to see. Though I'm worried that she'll just be there to fill up the background. I'm hoping that she can at least have a small supporting role, seeing as how a lot of X-Men are supposed to be in this.
