Height is inconsistent. Wolverine was drawn the same height as Deadpool, who's supposed to be 6'2. And when the latter was standing next to Creed, they were the exact same height, even though Creed is supposed to be 6'6.

So, no secret. Best to try and ignore. lol

I feel a disclaimer is unecessary but I understand why he'd include one. To warn people up front not to necessarily expect their favorite character.

But I feel that it should be common knowledge that most mutants won't get major roles in an event or series.. there's just too many good characters out there. As bendis once said... there are tumblr fan pages for every mutant in existence, basically.
