    Default Young Sheldon

    First off this show didn't need to exist. But since it did let's discuss It's plusses and negatives.

    The mom, dad and kid playing Sheldon are serious pluses. I love that they cast the daughter of the woman who plays his mom in big bang theory.

    There is no laugh track and in fact it is played as more of funny drama rather than a straight up sitcom.

    I think it is gonna be interesting to see the sister and brother in extended roles especially since we have never even met the brother.

    I think making it while the main show is airing is a mistake.

    And I really don't need the Parsons voice over.

    It looks like a bad modern version of The Wonder Years.

    I'm not really sure how this show is meant to line up with the snippets of his weird terrible childhood that come up in the other show, so I guess that'll be a thing to watch out for. Did this already air?

    Pilot was tonight but it wont be back till the second of november.

    If this show lasts for a few years at one point they are going to have to kill off the dad since Sheldon's dad dies.

    Besides just being better overall Wonder Years also benefited from being played straight and not as a comedy.
